All our Christmas poultry is free range. Our turkeys and capons are from Temple Farm in Roydon, Essex run by Chris Fredericks. Chris also supplies top Chefs including Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver. For more information see the following link:
Our duck and geese is also free range and comes from Warwickshire. They all come oven ready with cooking times and storage instructions, all in a handy carry home box. The turkeys are all guaranteed by the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association (TFTA) which sets the standard for top quality in Christmas turkeys. For more information see the link below:

We open our ordering books after Bonfire night. Call in and let us know your requirements. All we need is a £5 deposit and your festive meal is sorted.
