This has proved very popular with weddings/ birthday parties or just a good old party. We deliver the machine, set it up with either a free range pig or lamb.
* The hire of the machine is £280 (including gas and VAT)
* Hog £175 (approx. 160 servings)
* Lamb £125 (approx. 40 servings)
We can also supply soft pre-cut floured baps, apple sauce/mint sauce and any disposables if required.

All our Christmas poultry is free range. Our turkeys and capons are from Temple Farm in Roydon, Essex run by Chris Fredericks. Chris also supplies top Chefs including Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver. For more information see the following link:

Our duck and geese is also free range and comes from Norfolk. They all come oven ready with cooking times and storage instructions, all in a handy carry home box. The turkeys are all guaranteed by the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association (TFTA) which sets the standard for top quality in Christmas turkeys. For more information see the link below:
