We buy our Beef in carcase form, which are hand picked from our wholesalers. We hang our beef for 21 days or more, so it can slowly mature. This gives it a superb taste and texture.
As we buy Beef by carcase we are able to mature it on the bone to enhance the flavour. We bone out our beef inhouse so we are able to trim all excess gristle and fat to create the perfect product for you.
